A deposit may be required to secure your table. The deposit value will be dependent on party size, date and time. Deposits will be redeemable against your total bill. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable within six weeks of the World Cup. If you are over 15 minutes late to your reservation, your table will be released. Please note our outside tables are non-bookable and allocated on a first come first serve basis.

We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before kick-off for World Cup 2026 matches at Pong and Puck Deansgate. For England games in Manchester, arriving earlier is advised to soak up the atmosphere and get settled.
